Wad Insertion Machine
Specialty Packaging offers automatic wad insertion machine for plastic caps. It is suitable to insert the wads (meyer seals) into plastic caps, fitted with hopper to feed the caps with wad loading suit to load the seals into caps automatically. Before was insertion, there is a gumming unit, to drop the gum into caps automatically. The speed of the machine is 60 - 70 caps/min, complete with counter, electrical gearbox, motor, etc.
